Prefabricated shelves don't fit in every living
situation. Slanted ceilings, for example, often require
individual solutions. When you assemble a wooden shelf unit,
the cordless screwdriver can be used both to insert the
screws and to drill the screw holes.
How to proceed:
Mark the drilling positions on the
boards. So that the shelf is not at a slant when you are
finished, measure the positions precisely.
Use the wood
drill bit to drill at the marked positions.
Then use the countersink bit to carefully
enlarge the drilled holes for the screw heads in such a way
that the screw heads fit and are flush with the wood
surface.
Insert a bit
that matches the screws in the cordless screwdriver, fit the
components together and insert the screws.
The wood
screws should be 2 to 2.5 times longer than the
thickness of the boards If you use long screws, pilot drill
the piece of wood beforehand with a small drill bit.
