If your Power Tool needs to be repaired simply ring our Service Call Centre direct on 0844 736 0109 between 8.00am – 5.00pm. Your Power Tool will be collected and returned directly from and to your home or place of work. The direct and convenient Bosch Repair Service provides warranty repairs and chargeable repairs to Bosch, Skil, & Dremel, products. As a service promise to you our customer we have developed the ‘5 Day Repair Promise’. We aim to complete all warranty repairs within 5 working days. By request non warranty repairs, will be estimated with a pro-forma invoice sent direct to you detailing the complete repair breakdown. * Collection requests received before 3.30pm will be collected the next working day between 08.00am - 5.00pm (not Sat/Sun).
