The cordless screwdriver GSR 10.8 V-LI is the first Bosch Power Tool for professionals that works with a lithium ion battery. Thanks to the innovative battery technology, the machine is especially compact and nevertheless powerful. This provides joiners, maintenance and renovation experts, electricians or plumbers with an especially handy tool for their daily work.

With one battery charge, the professional can drive up to 130 screws 6 x 60 millimeters in size into softwood. The tool comes complete with a charger that fully charges the battery in just 30 minutes. A flat battery is recharged to 70 percent after just 15 minutes.

When using lithium ion batteries, the charging process can be interrupted or resumed at any time because they have no memory effect. Furthermore, they have hardly any self-discharge. The electronic cell protection as well as the overload protection and overheating protection of the screwdriver ensure a long service life of the battery packs. If the battery is flat, the machine switches itself off to protect against total discharge.

The handy screwdriver is equipped with an ergonomic softgrip surface. Its accelerator switch allows for careful screwdriving with maximum 400 revolutions per minute. The maximum torque is seven newtonmeters in soft screwdriving applications and 18 newtonmeters in hard screwdriving applications. The torque adjustment (ten settings and drill setting) enables the user to limit the power of the machine.

With the automatic spindle lock, the power tool can be used as a manual screwdriver. The magnetic bit holder holds the bits or drill bits firmly in place. An LED light illuminates dark areas even when the user gently presses the on/off switch and the screwdriving process has not yet been started.
