The Bosch product line includes impact drills with motor power from 500 to 1200 watts. Machines with greater power ratings are able to drill holes with greater diameters.

Refer to the Bosch catalogue or the tool's packaging to find the maximum hole diameter suitable for drilling into concrete/stone, steel, and wood. The amount of power also influences how fast you can drill. In other words, the more powerful the motor, the faster you get the job done.
