Team staffing

We fill our vacancies using team staffing. Team staffing is a flexible and efficient process in which the team draws up the job advertisement together, evaluates the candidates and makes the decision together. Everyone involved in the recruitment process has the same say. It is therefore common for not only the manager, the HR manager and the applicant to take part in the interview, but also colleagues from the relevant team. This makes it possible to get to know the future working environment before the first day of work.

Smart work

We decide as a team with the manager whether we work remotely or in the office. For the teams whose presence on site is not absolutely necessary, this also means that they can work from wherever they achieve the best results. We call this Smart Work – a global concept designed to help our teams find the ideal balance in the modern, hybrid working world.

Apply online

You have various options for the actual application: You can either upload your CV, apply with your LinkedIn or Indeed profile or enter your details manually. Choose one of the options and create your personal online application in just a few minutes.

Step 3

Receive a confirmation

Thank you for your interest in Bosch. To be sure that we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation within a few minutes. There, you will also find the link to your applicant profile, where you can view the status of your application at any time.

Next steps: We are now looking forward to reviewing your application. Depending on the job and position you have applied for, it will take around two to three weeks for us to get back to you.

Duration: 2-3 weeks after receipt of the application.

Step 4

Job interview

Congratulations! Your application has convinced us. After a short telephone interview, we will invite you to join us for team staffing. That way we can get to know each other personally and have enough time to answer all your questions. Of course, we would also be delighted to learn more about you. Perhaps you could bring along a few examples from your previous jobs or your studies and tell us how you envision your further development with us.

Next steps: After our interview, we will get back to you within two weeks. For areas with highly sensitive data, a candidate check may be carried out. This will be indicated accordingly in the job advertisement.

Duration: 1- 1.5 hours

Step 5

Welcome on board

The decision has been made: welcome to the new team! Your future manager will get in touch with you before your first day at work and you will of course receive your new employment contract.

Next steps: The first few days at your new company are important. That's why we work with you to organize your first steps, which are tailored to your future position and the respective location. You will always receive an individual induction plan with an overview of all the measures that are important for your start at work.

Together: You will find further support as part of our "Bosch Buddy" mentoring program. Your personal mentor will support you in all informal matters and can provide you with valuable contacts. Of course, your input is also welcome, because in our agile environment we particularly value your individual previous experience and look forward to learning from each other.
