red:Wood sanding belts are used for sanding wood, wooden materials and metal. They are available in coarse (40 and 60), medium (80, 100 and 120) and fine grits (150, 180, 220, 280, 320 and 400). When sanding, start with a coarse grit. As a rule of thumb, you should select a grit that is twice as fine for every subsequent work step. Example grit sequence: 40 80 180 360.
