Bosch RefinemySite Service Description

Provider provides the Services to Customer solely based on and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions.

1.    Project Management functions and features

1.1.    Number of users per projects: unlimited

Users can store and manage an unlimited number of tasks per project and within the project duration. For a better overview, it is possible to split a design-/construction project into several projects on the RefinemySite portal.

In order to use the functions of the RefinemySite portal offered within the scope of the services, a web-browser with internet access is required. In addition, the free purchase and installation of the RefinemySite app on an Android or iOS smartphone is possible.

For each design-/construction project, a list of participants including, function, company address, and e-Mail must be provided. Regular updates of the participants list during the project phase is required for proper usage.

If the number of users in a project exceeds 500 (five hundred), it is recommended to split into multiple projects.

The user can add documents as attachments (plans, information and photos) to the task within the task management. The maximum amount of data that can be stored is unlimited, but the size of a file may not exceed five megabytes. Offered file formats: jpg, png, bmp.
