By participating in the Free Concrete Nailer Maintenance PRO Deals (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Campaign”) you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

This Promotion Campaign runs from 01.10.2024 (0:00 am CET) to 30.09.2025 (12:00 pm midnight CET) (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Period”). The registration of the Promotional Product on the PRO Deals website (as mentioned below in section 3) must be made within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period.
To be able to participate in this Promotion Campaign, you must complete the following steps within the Promotional Period:
1) Purchase in total 15,000 pieces of Bosch branded nails, which have a trade name starting with NB, NM or NK (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Products”) online or in store in the United Kingdom and provided you register the Promotional Product as stated below, you will receive a Maintenance Voucher for Bosch Concrete Nailer GNB 18V in accordance with section 4 mentioned below.
2) Visit the PRO Deals promotions page via the following link:PRO Deals | Bosch Professional (bosch-professional.com) pro360.com/prodeals This page will take you to the PRO Deals web application (hereinafter referred to as “PRO Deals”).
3) By participating in PRO Deals, you will need to create a personal PRO360 user profile, if you do not already have one. For further information on PRO360, please refer to the general terms and conditions, which can be viewed available here https://www.bosch-pt.com/ptlegalpages/de/ptde/de/pro360/terms/.
4) Upload the invoice/receipt of your Promotional Products purchase(s) in PRO Deals by taking a photograph of the invoice/receipt or uploading it as a file. Please note that the quantity and the trade name of the purchased Promotional Products, the date of purchase as well as the invoice/receipt number must be clearly visible on the invoice/receipt. Each invoice/receipt can only be used once to take part in the Promotion Campaign. The date of purchase of the oldest invoice shall not be older than 12 months at the time of uploading the invoice/receipt.
5) You will receive a Maintenance Voucher (see further section 4 below) for every 15,000 pieces of the Promotional Products you have registered as stated herein. The Maintenance Voucher as well as a description on how to redeem the Maintenance Voucher will be sent to you via e-mail to the e-mail address stated in your PRO360 user profile. Upon receipt of the Maintenance Voucher, it will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
6) To make use of the free of charge maintenance (using the Maintenance Voucher), please fill in the online repair order from (you will receive the corresponding link to the online repair form with your Maintenance Voucher). When filling in the online repair order, please select “Guarantee” as the type of repair order. You can then either upload the Maintenance Voucher as a file or enter the Maintenance Voucher code in the field “Comments on the order”. Thereafter send your Bosch Concrete Nailer GNB 18V together with the received Maintenance Voucher to a Bosch Power Tools Service-Center in the United Kingdom using the shipping label as sent to you in an email.
The purchase of the Promotional Product(s) must be made within the Promotional Period. If the invoice/receipt date is within the Promotional Period, it proves that the purchase has been made within the Promotional Period. If the invoice/receipt date is outside the Promotional Period, you must prove that the Promotional Product was purchased within the Promotional Period.
You will receive a Maintenance Voucher for every 15,000 pieces of the Promotional Products purchased, which will entitle you to free of charge maintenance of one Bosch Concrete Nailer GNB 18V as set out below (referred to as “Maintenance Voucher”).

The Maintenance Voucher has a market value of approx. 200 GBP [excl. VAT]. The Maintenance Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The Promotion Campaign is aimed at end users in the United Kingdom (for the avoidance of doubt excluding Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland). This includes both consumers and entrepreneurs/traders. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, a “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, and an “entrepreneur/trader” is any natural or legal person, when entering into the contract, is acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession whether acting personally or through another person acting in the entrepreneur’s/trader’s name or on the entrepreneur’s/trader’s behalf.
All natural persons who are aged 18 or older are eligible to participate. Employees of Bosch and other companies involved in carrying out the Promotion Campaign are excluded from participation. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is strictly prohibited. Automated participation (e.g., using participation and registration services) is not permitted. Fraudulent activity involving website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc. will result in exclusion of the participant. Bosch reserves the right to exclude any participant who makes insulting, threatening or otherwise unacceptable comments or who violates these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
This Promotional Campaign may not be combined with other campaigns and discounts of the Bosch Group, especially of Robert Bosch Limited. In the event you revoke or withdraw from the purchase contract of the Promotional Products, you shall not be entitled to take part in the Promotion Campaign.
If you return the Promotional Products, the Maintenance Voucher shall also be returned to Bosch if the Maintenance Voucher has already been granted. The refund claim can be legally enforced. A resale or distribution of the received Maintenance Voucher is not permitted.
The maintenance of Bosch Concrete Nailer GNB 18V is usually carried out within one (1) week after receipt of the Bosch concrete nailer by the Bosch Service Center.

We reserve the right to change all conditions at any time. Whenever you take part in the Promotion Campaign of Robert Bosch Limited, the currently downloadable Terms and Conditions of Participation shall apply. It is therefore in your own interest to always check the Terms and Conditions of Participation before you make use of the offer. If individual provisions of these Terms and conditions of Participation are or become invalid or incomplete, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Bosch reserves the right to end or temporarily suspend the campaign on reasonable grounds. This shall apply, in particular, if the Promotion Campaign cannot be duly implemented or can no longer be guaranteed due to legal or material reasons.
Any possible tax and/or VAT consequence for the participant related to participation in this Promotion Campaign is the sole responsibility of the participant, and Bosch cannot be made liable in this regard.
The contractual relationships between you and Bosch shall be subject to English law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law shall only apply if it does not deprive you of the protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which you usually reside (favourability principle). Application of the UN Convention on the Contracts for International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall be excluded.
If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Scottish or the English courts.
If you are a consumer and live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms and Conditions of Participation in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
In all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be that of the English courts.

Basic principles

Registration
If you would like to use services that require a contract to be entered into, we will ask you to register. The registration process involves collecting the personal data required for establishing and performing the contract (e.g., forename, surname, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, address) and any other data provided on a voluntary basis. Mandatory information is marked with a *. By registering, you authorize Bosch to use the data entered to carry out the services offered by PRO360. This includes in particular the transfer of the data required for the execution of the contract to other PRO360 applications or services. For further information please refer to the privacy policy. The customer is responsible for all actions performed under its customer account. If it is necessary to provide certain data (in particular contact and payment data) (marked with * in each case), the customer must provide this data completely and correctly. If this data changes during the course of the user relationship the customer must immediately correct the data in the PRO360 portal under contract management and/or personal settings. If costs arise due to incorrect information (e.g. unsuccessful delivery attempts due to an incorrect address or incorrect bookings due to incorrect account information), we shall be entitled to demand compensation for these costs.
Forwarding data to other controllers
We will only ever pass on your personal data to other controllers if this is necessary in order to perform the contract, if we or the third party have/has a legitimate interest in passing on the data, or if you have granted your consent to this. Details about the legal basis and recipients and/or categories of recipients are provided in the “Processing purposes and legal basis” section. In addition, data may be passed on to other controllers if we are obliged to do so on the basis of legal provisions or enforceable official or judicial orders.

Service providers
