By participating in the PRO Deals 18V Promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”), you accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

The Promotion runs from 01.01.2025 (0:00) to 30.04.2025 (24:00) (hereinafter “Promotion Period”).
(1) To take part in the Promotion, you must do the following within the Promotion Period:
a) Purchase selected Bosch Professional 18V power tools, 18V garden tools, 18V measuring tools, batteries & chargers, or 18V starter kits online or in-store in the UK or Ireland and receive a reward based on your total purchase amount (invoice value):
Minimum £199 (invoice value incl. VAT) in the UK or €245 (invoice value incl. VAT) in Ireland: Receive a Category A reward;
Minimum £349 (invoice value incl. VAT) in the UK or €429 (invoice value incl. VAT) in Ireland: Receive a Category B reward;
(hereinafter “Promotional Products”).
To qualify for a reward, all purchased products must be listed on a single invoice. It is not possible to combine multiple invoices to reach the minimum purchase amount.
Please note that used or second-hand goods are excluded from the Promotion.
b) Visit the PRO Deals Promotion website under the following link: https://www.bosch-professional.com/gb/en/pro360/prodeals/ - this page will take you to the PRO Deals web application (hereinafter “PRO Deals”). A personal PRO360 user profile must required for participation. A personal PRO360 user profile must be created if none already exists. Specific terms and conditions apply to this, which the user must separately accept during the registration for the authentication service. You can review the terms and conditions of PRO360 here.
c) Scan packaging code via smartphone or tablet or enter manually the serial number, device number, purchase date and purchase price of your purchased Promotional Products.
d) Upload a copy of the invoice/purchase receipt/delivery note. Please note that this document must clearly show the Promotion Products purchased, the purchase price and the date of purchase.
e) You will be shown product allowances (hereinafter “Reward Item”), depending on your total purchase amount (as further explained in section 4) which you will receive if you comply with all these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
f) Enter your delivery address and complete the participation process.
(2) The Promotion Product must be purchased within the Promotion Period. The date on the invoice is decisive for the purchase within the Promotion Period. If the invoice date is outside the Promotion Period, you must prove that the Promotion Product is purchased within the Promotion Period.
(3) Participation in the Promotion must take place no later than the last day of the month following the end of the Promotion Period.
(4) Purchased Promotion Products must be done with one single purchase and must be on one single invoice. Combining multiple invoices to reach the necessary invoice value described in 3. (1) a), is not allowed.
(1) When you purchase Promotional Products in accordance with section 3, you can apply for a Reward Item of Category A or B that you can select from the list of allowances. The Category is dependent of the total invoice value (comp. Section 3 (1) a). The Reward Items currently available for the Bosch Professional Promotion are displayed on the PRO Deals website. The Reward Items displayed are available and can only be selected while stocks last.
(2) Buy selected Bosch Professional 18V power tools, 18V garden tools, 18V measuring tools, 18V batteries, 18V chargers or 18V startersets with a total invoice value of more than £199 (incl. VAT) in the UK or €245 (incl. VAT) in Ireland and you will be eligible to get one Reward Item of category A:

Bosch is allowed to exchange Rewards Items with comparable items.
(3) The Product Allowance is usually delivered eight (8) weeks after the Product Allowance has been ordered (unless otherwise stated on the website https://www.bosch-professional.com/gb/en/pro360/prodeals/).. Bosch will deliver the Reward Item(s) only to addresses within the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Bosch will bear the shipping and handling costs for the Reward Item. An exchange, collection by the participant or cash payment of the Reward Item is not possible.
(1) Participation is open to all natural persons who are aged 18 or older. Employees of Bosch and other companies involved in carrying out the Promotion Campaign are excluded from participation. Participation using false identities or the identities of third parties is strictly prohibited. Automated participation (e.g. using participation and registration services) is not permitted. Fraudulent activity involving website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc. will result in exclusion of participant. Bosch reserves the right to exclude any participant who makes insulting, threatening or otherwise unacceptable comments or who violates these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
(2) The Promotion is aimed at both consumers and tradespeople, in any case at end customers. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Participation, “consumers" are individuals who engage in a legal transaction for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession. Conversely, an "entrepreneur/trader" is any individual or legal person who, when entering into the contract, is acting for purposes relating to that person’s trade, business, craft or profession regardless of whether they are acting personally or through another person acting in their name or on their behalf.
(3) The participation of traders is limited to five (5) participations per Promotion Period. The participation of consumers is limited to two (2) participations per Promotion Period.
(4) This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts from the Bosch Group, especially of Robert Bosch Limited. This Promotion Campaign applies exclusively to the purchase of the Promotional Products which were bought from a retailer who is based in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland (both offline and online).
(5) In the event of revocation or withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are not entitled to participate in the Promotion. If the Promotion Product is returned, the Reward Item must be refunded to Bosch if it has already been issued. The refund claim will be legally enforced.
(6) Resale or distribution of the Reward Item received is not permitted.
(7) The Participant acknowledges that any resale of Promotional Products must clearly and conspicuously disclose to the potential buyer that the products have already been registered under the Promotion and may not be eligible for promotional offers again and also not eligible for further benefits, including but not limited to manufacturer guarantees.
(8) The participation using fake identities or third-party identities is not permitted. Automated participation (e.g., via participation and entry services) is also not permitted. Fraud through multiple registrations, website hacking, use of automation software, exploitation of software bugs, etc., will result in the participant being excluded and will be reported to the police by Bosch.

The Reward Item(s) will be provided to you without any warranty. However, this does not apply if the warranty claim is for compensation and the claim is based on gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of Bosch or its vicarious agents. Compensation claims due to loss of life, physical injury or damage to health or based on product liability laws and regulations or based on consumer protection laws and regulations shall also remain unaffected. In particular, Bosch is not obliged to replace or repair the Reward Item(s) but will examine this on a case-by-case basis.
(1) Bosch excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.
(2) We reserve the right to change any provisions at any time. Whenever you participate in a Promotion of Robert Bosch Power Tools, the Terms and Conditions of Participation available at that time apply. Therefore, in your own interest, please always check the Terms and Conditions of Participation before participating. If any individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid or incomplete, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
(3) Bosch reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend the Promotion on reasonable grounds. This is particularly the case if the proper implementation of the Promotion can no longer be guaranteed for legal or material reasons.
(4) The contractual relationship between you and Bosch shall be subject to English Law or if you are a consumer based in Ireland, the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence is not withdrawn (principle of favourability). The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
(5) These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If you are a consumer then, wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a consumer we can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in. If you are a business you irrevocably agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with our contract with you to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
