  2. Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed at Bosch DIY Power Tools Online Shop (https://www.bosch-diy.com/gb/en) (“Bosch DIY Online Shop”). Promotion codes are not valid for spare parts or for clearance offers such as refurbished and warehouse products.
  3. Only promotional discounts or promotional codes issued by the Bosch DIY Online Shop will be valid for this offer. The promotional discounts or promotional codes issued by the Bosch DIY Online Shop may be distributed by Bosch-approved affiliate marketing publishers or other Bosch-approved third parties. Any promotional code issued by a third party will be invalid and may not be used.
  4. Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts or promotional codes are not valid in conjunction or in combination with any other promotions or discounts.

  1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

Entry and Gift

  1. An Eligible Participant will get a free 16-in-1 Multitool Hand Tools [1600A02Z98] (“Gift”), if they, during the Promotion Period, spend £99 or over on the Bosch DIY Power Tools Online Shop on any products in one single transaction (together “Entry”).
  2. The Gift will normally be delivered with the Qualifying Product. Where Bosch is unable to deliver the Gift with the qualifying Product, Bosch will inform the Eligible Participant via email.
  3. Any Entry that does not comply with clause 7 will be invalid and will not be entered into the Promotion.
  4. The Gift is not transferable, and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.
  5. Where the Promotion has a minimum order value requirement, the costs of taxes, shipping and handling will not be applied when determining the minimum order value.

 

General

  7. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.

The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion. If you are consumer and live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you are consumer and live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
