You can turn the tool at any time with the mouse. By pressing the ctrl key and the mouse button at the same time, you can zoom in on the tool by moving the mouse to the right.

If you cannot see the 3D view, you have to download the SPX plugin. You can download the plugin from the SPX-Download-Site;  with Windows it can be automatically installed by Smart Download into your Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape.
