You can rotate the tool at any time using the mouse. Press the Ctrl key and the mouse button to view the tool from closer up  by moving the mouse to the right.

If the 3D view is not shown, you have to download the SPX plug-in. The plug-in can be downloaded  from the SPX download page;  it can be installed automatically into your Microsoft Internet Explorer  or Netscape under Windows using Smart-Download.
